KUEV is a minimalistic social network designed to connect individuals based on shared tastes in art, media, and culture. The service allows users to create profiles, post their tastes ("seeds"), and form connections ("chains") with others.
3. User Conduct
You are entirely responsible for all the content you upload, post, or otherwise make available via KUEV. You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload images or text that infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
- Upload explicit or pornographic material.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in content which you submit or display on KUEV. By submitting content, you grant KUEV a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish such content for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
KUEV is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KUEV or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
